The challenge is about what you can do with a single piece of 8 foot length of 2" x 4" pine? But where do you find a straight, dry piece of 5 x 10 cm, 244 cm long timber in Portugal, without having to pay the import and transport costs? The competition runs from May 1st to 31st, so...there's no time anyway to order one piece.
The good thing about the search for a piece of wood is that it gave us an opportunity to show the vicinity of Alqueidao. Will we find a suitable piece of timber? To be continued....
